Overview
adsrevenuecalc.com ("we", "us", "our") provides a free tool that analyzes your Google Analytics 4 traffic data to estimate potential ad revenue. This policy explains what data we access, how we use it, and your choices. By using this service you agree to the practices described here.
Google Analytics data
When you connect your Google Analytics account, we request read-only access to your GA4 property. We retrieve a trailing 28-day sample of traffic metrics — pageviews, sessions, users, and the country dimension — solely to calculate your revenue projection. This data is fetched live via the Google Analytics API and is used only to generate your report.
What we do not collect
We do not access your personal identity, your website's content, your AdSense earnings, or any data outside of the GA4 traffic metrics listed above. We do not track individual visitors to your site. We do not sell, rent, or share your traffic data with third parties.
Report storage
When you generate a report, the projection result — including traffic totals, tier mix, niche, and revenue scenarios — is saved to your account so you can revisit or share it via a private link. The underlying GA4 traffic data is not stored beyond what appears in the saved report summary.
Authentication
We use Google OAuth to authenticate you when you connect your analytics account. We receive your name and email address from Google for account identification purposes only. We do not receive your Google password.
Third-party services
This application relies on Google Analytics and Google's OAuth infrastructure. Google's own privacy policy governs how Google handles your data on their servers. We encourage you to review Google's Privacy Policy for details.
Data retention
You may delete your saved reports at any time. If you disconnect your Google Analytics connection, we lose the ability to fetch new data immediately. Removing your account deletes all associated reports.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to maintain your login session. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
Your rights
You can disconnect your Google Analytics connection at any time. You can request deletion of your stored reports by contacting us. Since we only process data you explicitly authorize via Google OAuth, you control what we can access.
